Breaking: Bola Ahmed Tinubu Wins 2023 Presidential Election
President- Elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu

Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been declared winner in the 2023 'controversial' Presidential Election in Nigeria, having pulled a majority votes of 8,794,726.

The Seventy plus old Man will be succeeding President Mohammadu Buhari, whose office as the President of Nigeria will cease on May 29, 2023. Both Buhari and Tinubu are members of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.

Following his announcement as the President, some Nigerians are of the opinion that the election is controversial, just as INEC refused to make proper use of BVAS as earlier announced to be used to conduct the 2023 pull by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his Vice President - Senator Kashim Shettima will be sworn-in as the new Executives by May 29, 2023. With this Election, it means Nigeria will be adminstered by Muslim-Muslim Government.

In his acceptance speech, Bola Tinubu said It’s his Turn Actually! Recall Bola Tinubu had, during his campaign days stated emphatically in Yoruba language that "E mi lokan" - It's my turn.

“It’s my turn actually!” An elated Bola Tinubu enthused an hour after he was declared the President-Elect of Nigeria by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Wednesday morning.

“I am profoundly humbled to serve as the 16th President of our beloved country. This is a shining moment in the life of any man and an affirmation of our democratic existence,” he added.

The former Lagos State Governor and president-elect thanked all those who participated in the February 25 election with particular mention of ‘Articulated’, ‘Obidients’, ‘Batified’ and ‘Kwankwasiyya’ supporters.

“I take this opportunity to appeal to my fellow contestants to let us team up together. It is the only nation we have. It is one Country and we must build together,” he said.
