Edo State Governor, Obaseki on Saturday lost his polling unit to the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, in the presidential and national assembly elections held across the country.
Obaseki, a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governor, failed to deliver the party’s flag-bearer, Atiku Abubakar, at his polling unit in Oredo local government area, Ward 4, Unit 19, Emokpae model primary school.

Daily News Report confirmed that while Obi’s Labour Party polled a total of 105 votes, Atiku’s PDP garnered 55 votes to emerge second, and APC’s Tinubu taking distant third with 27 votes.
