Justice Daramola is an indigene of Ekiti State from Irepodun/Ifelodun Local Government Area.
He had his secondary school education in Eyemote Comprehensive High School, Eyin-Ekiti.
He proceeded to University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria to have a degree in Law. After which he attended the Nigerian Law School in Lagos. He continued in his academic pursuit, in 2004-2005, to obtain his Masters in Law(LL.M) from Obafemi Awolowo University.
